Cancellations & Order Issues
Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled only before a tracking number has been generated. Once your shipping confirmation email has been sent and a tracking number is issued, the order is processed into our logistics system and can no longer be canceled or modified.
Damages & Incorrect Items Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect product, contact us within [48] hours. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to provide a replacement or solution.
Dispute & Chargeback Policy By purchasing from Establish.clo, you agree to our terms of service. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback or dispute, we will provide your banking institution with full documentation, including proof of fulfillment and delivery. Please contact our support team first to resolve any issues, as fraudulent disputes are taken seriously and may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
