Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Processing & Payments All orders require 24–48 hours for payment processing (excluding weekends and national holidays) prior to fulfillment. This ensures transaction security and protects against fraudulent activity. Please note that processing time is separate from the transit time of your shipment.

Delivery & Carrier Responsibility We utilize third-party carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. While we guarantee your order will be fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, Establish.clo is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Any issues regarding lost, misplaced, or stolen items must be handled directly with the carrier via a formal claim.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Ensure all apartment numbers and abbreviations are included; we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly entered addresses.

Taxes, Duties & Delays

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, and duties imposed by their respective countries.

  • Unforeseen Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier-specific logistical issues. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific lead times (Pre-made vs. Pre-order).
